ENGINEERING - DESIGN

SLITTING
Working with log rolls from most major manufacturers, TAPESOUTH can slit and rewind all types of electrical and industrial tapes in standard and custom widths ranging from 1/16th-inch to 60 inches. You can order the width, length and core size that meets your specifications.

DIE CUTTING
TAPESOUTH will custom design die cuts to your exact specification for pressure sensitive and non-pressure sensitive materials, in rolls, sheets or individual pieces.

CUSTOM PRINTING
TAPESOUTH can print up to three colors on tapes and label stock. Impressions can be made on film, paper, mylar, vinyl and specialty laminations, as well as on die cut material. LOGO and Security Tapes are our specialty.

LAMINATING
Web lamination can be done using many types of material. Substrates can include such thin films as Kapton*, PTFE, Mylar*, Tedlar* and Teflon* . Lamination can also be accomplished using coated cloths, Nomex* and other insulators.

SHEETING
Sheeted parts are kiss-cut on the release liner to offer greater ease in releasing the parts from the backing - this sheeting process facilitates unique application requirements.
